Meet Chad Pravlik — Experience, Perspective, and a Passion for Helping You Find Your Way Home
Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Chad has called the Tampa Bay area home for years and has been helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate real estate since 2019.
Today, as a full-time Realtor® with LPT Realty, he proudly serves clients throughout Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough Counties.
Chad brings a unique perspective to real estate, with experience in sales, property management, investment properties, construction, and project management. His hands-on background has taught him to look beyond the surface, recognize potential challenges, and find practical solutions. Most recently, he managed a major renovation and recovery project at The Vinoy Renaissance Hotel in St. Petersburg, coordinating crews, contractors, ownership, hotel leadership, and insurance professionals.
Helping people has always been at the heart of what Chad does. As a TESOL-certified instructor, he taught English to children from around the world, developing a passion for patience, listening, and making complicated things easier to understand. He has also volunteered in disaster-relief efforts following Hurricanes Katrina, Ike, and Gustav, as well as missionary construction projects in Panama and Central America.
That same philosophy guides Chad with every client. Whether you're buying your first home, selling, investing, relocating, or searching for a luxury property, he believes in honest guidance, clear communication, and personal attention. His goal isn't simply to get you to the closing table—it's to make sure you understand your options and feel confident along the way.
Outside of real estate, Chad enjoys life in Tarpon Springs with his wife, Jackie, and their three cats. He loves the beaches, restaurants, and communities that make Tampa Bay special and is an avid traveler who enjoys experiencing different cultures. His travels have taken him to places including Greece, Sri Lanka, and Bulgaria.
For Chad, real estate is about more than property. It's about people, trust, and helping you find the right path forward.
