Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Chad has called the Tampa Bay area home for years and has been helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate real estate since 2019.

Today, as a full-time Realtor® with LPT Realty, Chad serves clients throughout Pinellas, Pasco, and Hillsborough Counties.

Chad brings a well-rounded perspective to real estate through his experience in sales, portfolio and property management, investment properties, construction, and project management. His hands-on background has taught him to look beyond the surface, recognize potential challenges, and find practical solutions. Most recently, he managed a major renovation and recovery project at The Vinoy Renaissance Hotel in St. Petersburg, coordinating crews, contractors, ownership, hotel leadership, and insurance professionals.

Helping people has always been an important part of Chad’s work. As a TESOL-certified instructor, he taught English to children from around the world, developing a passion for listening, patience, and making complicated things easier to understand. He has also volunteered in disaster-relief efforts following Hurricanes Katrina, Ike, and Gustav.

Outside of real estate, Chad enjoys life in Tarpon Springs with his wife, Jackie, and their three cats. He enjoys the beaches, restaurants, and communities that make Tampa Bay special, along with traveling and experiencing different cultures.
